What makes a server a community server?

It appears in the Community tab, which means it holds vanilla gather rates, loot and stack sizes. Owners still choose the map, the wipe day and the team cap. A server that changes core rates moves to the Modded tab and leaves this list.

Do these servers wipe on a schedule?

Each owner sets their own. The Next wipe column estimates from how the server has wiped before, and it is a guess where no schedule is published. Every server also resets at the monthly force update, which lands on the first Thursday of the month.

How is the tier on each server set?

Tier runs from Bronze to Titanium and comes from player hours over the last seven days. Nothing else feeds it. The 0 to 100 evaluation on a server page is a separate reading and never changes the tier.

Where can I see the team size limit?

The group column lists it. A solo, duo, trio or quad label means the cap is below 8. A blank entry means the server runs the default limit of 8 or higher, so check the name if you want a small team.
