Facepunch's force wipe resets every map on the first Thursday of the month, and the force wipe countdown tracks that date. Individual official servers then keep their own cycle, and most repeat the same weekday every week or two. Thursday, Monday and Friday cover the large majority. The next wipe figure in the table is an estimate built from each server's past behaviour, so treat it as the stronger signal when the two disagree.

Almost all of them are. Official means run by Facepunch or an approved partner network, and settings stay near vanilla: gather rate at 1x, standard loot and Rust's default team limit of eight.
