What does 5x gather rate mean in Rust?

You collect five times the normal resources from each node, tree or corpse. One stone node gives 5,000 stone instead of 1,000. The rate applies to wood, stone, metal, sulfur and scrap from barrels. Most 5x servers also speed up crafting or add kits, but the gather rate is the constant.

How often do 5x Rust servers wipe?

Schedules vary. Some wipe weekly, usually on a fixed day. Others wipe monthly, often on force wipe. The Next wipe column shows each server's estimated date. If it is blank, the server has not published a schedule. Force wipe resets all official servers on the first Thursday of each month.

Do I need mods to play on a 5x Rust server?

No. You connect with the standard Rust client. The server runs the mods. Some servers may ask you to join a Discord for kits or whitelist, but the game files stay the same. You can switch between vanilla and 5x without reinstalling.

Can I sort 5x servers by recent wipes?

Yes. Click the Wiped column header to sort by time since last wipe. The shortest times appear first. This shows servers that wiped most recently. You can also sort by Next wipe to plan around upcoming resets.
